Establishment of the college The Faculty of Pharmacy at the Islamic University of Najaf Al-Ashraf was established on October 9, 2018, pursuant to Ministerial Order No. 17209 of October 9, 2018, due to the urgent need to prepare pharmacists who have the scientific and technical competence to carry out pharmaceutical services and chemical analyzes in Iraq. The college was officially named the Faculty of Pharmacy.
The Faculty of Pharmacy will be a leader in the pharmaceutical specialty and the promotion of community public health and health care through innovation in the field of pharmaceutical education and research.
