Islamic University, Najaf In a move to bolster women's empowerment and support, the College of Medical Technologies, in collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Unit, organized an educational symposium titled "Developing Women's Skills at the College of Medical Technologies." The session was delivered by Dr. Abdul-Amir Al-Basri, in the presence of the Assistant Dean, Dr. Rahman Zabiba, along with several faculty members and staff. The symposium addressed several strategic pillars, focusing on personal and professional growth through enhancing individual skill sets tailored for the academic environment. It also emphasized leadership development to cultivate the capabilities necessary for women to assume leading roles, alongside mastering effective communication skills to elevate both institutional and academic performance. The event concluded with a set of recommendations emphasizing the necessity of sustained training and awareness programs. These initiatives aim to further empower women and refine their professional expertise across all educational institutions.
