Dental Teaching Clinics

The teaching clinics of the College of Dentistry at the Islamic University of Najaf form an integral part of the university's educational and service system. The clinics train students in clinical diagnosis in oral surgery and periodontics, while simultaneously providing medical services to over 1,500 patients monthly.

Clinic Departments

1. Surgery Clinic — Extractions and various surgical procedures.
2. Conservative Dentistry Clinic — Simple fillings and root canal treatments.
3. Pediatric Dentistry Clinic — Treatment of children, primary teeth, and preventive procedures.
4. Orthodontics Clinic — Diagnosis and treatment with removable appliances.
5. Prosthodontics Clinic — Partial and complete removable dentures.
6. Oral Medicine Clinic — Diagnosis of various pathological conditions and prescribing medications.
7. Periodontics Clinic — All types of periodontal treatments.
