Division Objectives

1. Announce tenders, form opening committees, and analyze bids
2. Execute referral procedures and prepare contract drafts
3. Translate contracts and tender documents and complete contracting tasks
4. Participate and supervise auctions conducted by university formations
5. Direct the type of investment to be completed and obtain necessary approvals
6. Audit all contracts before submitting to the university president
7. Provide opinions on government contract inquiries from colleges and centers
