Department Objectives

1. Execute investment plan projects with direct supervision and accounting
2. Prepare feasibility studies for investment plan projects and their requirements
3. Conduct surveys for university building rehabilitation and expansion works
4. Provide technical advice to university president, assistants, and deans
5. Prepare small building designs with technical specifications and quantity schedules
6. Coordinate with consulting engineering offices during design preparation
7. Follow up on general contract implementation and completion phases
